I wish smooth jazz would change their venue to another Hotel REDROCK is not the place very rude to Blacks and is not a comfortable atmosphere for poolside jazz Green Valley and Orleans is a better choice They do not want us in SUMMERLIN and I will not be going out there ever FREE OR NOT !!!!!!!!
Wow! sorry you feel that way about the Red Rock and Summerlin. I had just the opposite experience. I thought the Jazz Event was great and me and my friends really enjoyed ourselves. The Red Rock Hotel has always been one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas and my family too when they come to visit.
Ditto to what BlackVegas said. The music was indeed great, the venue was very comfortable and glamorous, and I did not encounter any harsh or biased feelings at poolside or inside the Casino and lounge(s). On the flipside, I saw someone pitch their cigarette into the swimming pool, so Anonymous may not have to be concerned about a venue change in the future - it might be forced.
